I absolutely LOVE all of the birth stories as well as the professionals who come on the podcast and share their expertise, insights, and knowledge. The diverse group of birth stories is encouraging and I can usually relate to one or more things from each one! Stephanie has brought helpful insight and guidance to my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey as well as our first pregnancy which ended in miscarriage. I learned SO much listening to this podcast. I started listening before we ever conceived, and I felt so darn prepared during pregnancy. It was really helpful to be able to go back to certain episodes and listen to them again when a question came up. I loved the birth course, too!

I started listening at the beginning of my pregnancy and I gained such a wealth of knowledge. I had an unmedicated, hospital birth to my baby girl in October 2024. I continue to listen, and even re-listen to some birth stories to now compare to mine or see what is relatable. I plan to take the birth course with my next pregnancy and praying to have a home birth next time. So so grateful for all the knowledge as this was my GO TO podcast and still is! I did not expect to be so invested in all things pregnancy, birth & postpartum but through your open discussions I have been able to become so intrigued.

I listened to every episode of this podcast that was out when I had my first baby in 2022. I’m now halfway through my second pregnancy and really struggling with all the pregnancy symptoms. I started listening to this podcast again recently and it has been such a pick-me-up to hear Stephanie’s positive but also not sugar-coated view on things and to be reminded of the beauty and joy that can come with this process if we have the right mindset. This podcast is uplifting and empowering to mamas no matter what number of pregnancy you’re on or what stage you’re in!
