I just completed the 30 day challenge and went hunting for more teachings from Cory. He is so humble, wise, and empathic- his voice alone is soothing to the nervous system. Before his teachings I would listen to everything on 2x speed but going through his course I have learned to slow down and bring full awareness- I now look forward to his slow pace. I’m 7 episodes in to his podcast and I love the small digestible teachings and leaving with something to incorporate or think about for that day. I love the short form podcast. I think, often, a longer podcast negates putting strategies into practice by losing focus on the essence of the practice. This podcast has been very helpful in reminding me to be present in the moment, as that is the only place that practice can actually be done. Being human is hard and this podcast helps remind me that, with presence and practice, it doesn’t need to be as hard as I make it.
