The mixes are well curated. The editing is smooth. And Paul is kind enough to include chapters, so if you want to relisten to a particular track, it is easy. This sets the standard for other podcasts!

PVD puts out new, solid mixes almost every 7-10 days while others take weeks off at a time, use guest hosts or play their old albums/mixes.
One of the more consistent EDM podacasts on iTunes. Great for cardio.

This podcast keeps me going , his trance never gets old! He keeps evolving and once he has a new song that he really likes a lot, he throws it in at multiple podcasts. He gives the audience a chance to play a special requests so you will hear many throwbacks from time to time. If you have seen him live, this podcast is the closest you can get to feeling like you are live in one of his shows. Awesome music I love PVD!! Last year my favorite songs was Stronger Together, now I’m really feeling Amanecer. Give him a chance you won’t be disappointed! Not a lot of vocals but a lot of sound❤️❤️

I have been wishing for a pvd podcast for three years now! I'm a huge fan of all the top trance DJs, but, like the other reviewer wrote, Paul van Dyk is my God. There's always been some issue or another preventing me from listening to his show weekly, from not having a Sirius subscription to being at work/school when his show airs over internet radio. I've even downloaded the sunshine live app (German radio station) so I could have access, but I still rarely get to here him as often as I would like. I don't expect this podcast to be a disappointment as even an update on his latest favorite tracks is good enough for me because I always like having an idea of what songs he will play when he visits my city.
I do wish it was longer, though. I haven't listened to either of the two episodes yet, so I am praying it isn't an annoying excuse for a podcast like the ASOT one is. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I love Paul Van Dyk and was excited to subscribe to the VONYC sessions on itunes. But this podcast is weak. It's only 30 minutes long. Worse though, he interrupts the mix to speak every 2-3 minutes so we're only getting a brief sample of each track. You can barely get into any of the songs before he starts talking again.

I just recently found the Vonyc Sessions, and I'm so happy that I did because the music is amazing. But like many, I feel that the 30 minute sample is not enough and not worth it. If it were the full 2 hour show, then it would be amazing and get 5 stars. Please consider posting the full show!!
