I enjoy the the historical knowledge they bring to the show. However, the best is their sense of humor. These three, Pat, Gene, and Bryan genuinely seem to like each other. A very informative podcast.

This is the best college football podcast. I miss Dan, but Pat is carrying the torch. Excellent mix of humor and football knowledge.

I was an avid listener of the other podcast Forde & Wetzel had for years, long-time reader of the Forde Yard Dash; so as soon as I saw this new podcast was coming out, I jumped right on it. While I was sad that Dan Wetzel wasn’t going to be part of it (as explained by Pat in ep 1), Gene and Bryan are really good and thoughtful as well.

There isn’t quite as much silliness and zaniness as what Wetzel brought, but we still got to hear about the Ames water. Isn’t that really all that matters?

This is excellent. Professional flow and knowledge combined with some chuckles. Everything we need to start the season.
