Side note, not that it affects the content - but the audio is always clear, easy to hear, no background noise makes it pleasant to listen to.

Vanessa is such a pleasure to listen to. I first learned about the Optimal Protein Podcast when Vanessa was a guest on JJ Virgin’s show. She is so cheerful and energetic as she talks about scientific research studies, many of which I have skimmed myself, but when Vanessa talks about their findings, you can’t help but get excited right along with her!
Her enthusiasm is so uplifting, and even if I hear supporting information on other podcasts, I tend to remember everything more when Vanessa says it. I especially love her solo episodes. I learn something new every time I listen.

Thank you Vanessa for bringing and sharing great information on mitochondrial autophagy with Dr.Singh, there is so much value in understanding the fundamental process of longevity in our bodies… and that starts with our understanding our mitochondria in our cells. The connection between our diet and ATP production is a topic that has been generally discussed but more or less brushed aside. This podcast had me thinking about how supplements like creatine possess similar benefits and properties in our muscle and in our brain. I’ll be looking for more research on Urilithin A and its latest benefits. Great podcast!
