In Dec. 2025 I read Dr. Gregor’s book, How Not to Die, after it was recommended by a registered dietitian at the local hospital. At the time I was always sick with one thing after another and averaging about two medical appointments a week (including tests). Cancer was my latest diagnosis.
I found the book well-documented with quality research and written so compellingly that I immediately applied Dr. Gregor’s Daily Dozen. And WOW! Within two weeks my health totally turned around. My lab results all became excellent. I felt twenty years younger and suddenly energetic. I followed up with my cancer checks (had already had surgery) and aced them all. Ten years later I’m still thriving and my only medical appointments are wellness labs and checks.
Dr. Gregor’s excellent podcasts help me stay current and keep me motivated to stick with it. But sticking with it is a joy as I have learned how to make everything truly delicious. My husband tells me I’m a good cook and he didn’t even realize it was all vegan until I told him a few months ago. He was astounded. I hadn’t tried to keep it from him and just figured he knew.

I find Dr Greger’s informative podcasts to be so helpful in my journey into WFPB living. He presents with a dry wit and often makes me laugh with his plays on words. These podcasts have spurred me on to a much healthier way of eating and living. Thank you for your work, Dr G.
