I get terrible bouts of insomnia — my mind races like crazy and I get very twitchy. I have tried so many remedies and apps that don’t work for me, but this podcast puts me to sleep by the second inning. It’s unbelievably calming. The thing is, it’s also FUNNY … but in a way that’s not distracting. I giggle while the line-ups are announced and during the commercials, but once the games start, that’s pretty much it for me.
This is well made and works wonders, and I hope it goes on forever. THANK YOU for creating this!

Something about the soothing voices and low background noise. I listen to a lot of “relaxing” podcasts to sleep to, but this one is by far the most relaxing. Also some comments to make you chuckle. It’s at the top of my show list now. Keep up the great work!

The best non-prescription sleep aid I’ve found. Better than white noise, ambient music, or sleep meditations. In under a minute or two, I’m OUT.

This is becoming my favorite sleep podcast. It’s surprising how something designed to be boring is at the same time so creative and funny. If for some reason it isn’t working and you’re still awake by the seventh inning stretch, there’s always some nonsense to take your mind off whatever is keeping you awake.
