This is the best Mayer pod out there! Angelo and Jeff are so fun to listen to, it’s like chatting with your 2 buds about all things Mayer. I always learn something new and enjoy hearing the fan emails and knowing there are others out there just as Mayer obsessed as me.
This pod is perfect for the casual Mayer fan, Mayer completist, and everyone in between. FIVE STARS!!!

This podcast is the best. I have been a Mayer fan my entire life so his music has a special place in my heart. (Would I consider myself a major Mayer fan? Yes, yes I would.) It’s clear that the hosts respect Mayer and his music as much as I do, which makes the podcast really enjoyable. 10/10 suggest. The facts, banter, comments, and song breakdowns are always exciting and well done. Great work guys! I can’t wait to keep listening.

I’ve been a huge Mayer fan since the early 2000’s and Local 83. (Fun fact: I helped put up posters in my town advertising Room for Squares as part of the fan club.) Amazingly, I just discovered your podcast about a week ago on Spotify. I started from the beginning and am currently on Episode 21. Have loved every minute and you guys have introduced me to a few things I had never heard before! I’m very much loving it and so thankful for you guys - I only have a few friends that are into him as much as I am (including my husband and 19 yr old daughter) so listening is like hanging out with some new friends. If you are a Mayer fan or want to discover more about him I definitely recommend you check it out!

I’m on episode 5 after 2 days of listening and I’m obsessed. Thank you so much for the deep dives it adds texture to my favorite artist’s music. After 15 years of berating my friends over how good John Mayer I finally have people that understand my passion and can talk about points I’ve shared with others a million times before. I mean people know me as the annoying John Mayer fan so it feels good for all of my annoying-ness to be validated by your takes on his art. I got into music because of John Mayer like many others and I’m super grateful for him, if you’d like to check me out I’m on Spotify (Sam Neff ;) Favorite album: continuum Favorite song: stop this train Where the light is live at Nokia is by far the greatest compilation of music on his discography even if we’re including his studio albums, I think many would agree? I’m not looking ahead at the future episode titles to spoil the surprise if you’ve covered that yet, but I imagine you’re dealing with Sob rock and last train home rn. Anyways, love you both, Sam. (PS Angelo sounds EXACTLY LIKE MARTY MUSIC)
