I first read her book called Move Your DNA and I learned so much and changed so much in my life from that. She has many books but she also has several free resources, including this podcast, which makes her knowledge al the more accessible! Cannot sing enough praises for this podcast and this woman.

I’ve followed Katy Bowman’s work for years because of her deep commitment to natural movement and alignment with biological design. Her philosophy has always emphasized respecting the body’s innate structures and functions—not overriding them. That’s why I was genuinely disappointed to see her Breast and Chest Master Class being marketed toward individuals who’ve undergone top surgery.
It feels like a sharp departure from the foundational values she built her brand on. Promoting body-altering surgery as compatible with “natural movement” sends a mixed message. You can’t advocate for restoring natural alignment while celebrating surgical removal of healthy tissue as liberation. It’s not just a contradiction—it’s a sign of how deeply the gender ideology narrative has infiltrated even the most body-aware spaces.
I understand wanting to support all people, but when inclusion becomes complicity in a belief system that denies basic biology, it’s no longer about health—it’s about ideology. And it’s heartbreaking to see someone who used to stand for embodied truth drift into that.
