MODERN STOICISM - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I’ve tried just about every podcast on stoicism and the stoics. Casual conversations between enthusiasts cannot compare to a well written script. And these are written beautifully.

Writing and narration are best in class. References to stoic texts are accurate, unlike elsewhere.

I don’t know if this is AI gen but if so it can’t be called “slop”. My day starts with this meditation in the gym, and I often send it to friends. Outstanding, should be played in schools.

While the content is OK, it doesn’t sound human at all and more like someone fed an AI voice generator a script instead of presenting the content as a real, and flawed human being with actual vocal inflections and dynamics and timing. It’s too distracting to really pay attention.
