I’ve been listening to Mindful in Minutes for about a year now and I can honestly say it’s been such an impactful habit for me. I love the variety of long and short meditations and the variety of intentions for each meditation. Waking up and starting the day with the 5-10 minute episodes have changed my whole daily routine for the better. I really appreciate the practices focused on energizing you, bringing clarity and focus and settling a restless mind. I also love the PM meditations for getting ready for bed and falling asleep. I came across Kelly’s podcast when I needed a pick me up from daily life stresses. I listened to “I will get through this” and immediately felt the shift in my body. From then on, i became a daily listener. Kelly has such a soothing voice also. Her meditations are long enough for me to listen to going to and coming home from work. Thank you Kelly!
