Meta Pod: A Pokemon TCG Podcast - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I am a big TCG enthusiast and have started trying to get into competitive Pokémon TCG. These guys kill it. Great personalities, awesome event coverage, and relevant information for getting into the meta and competitive scene. Easy barrier to entry as they explain concepts and common themes to the competitive arena. Excited for every episode.

I am new to the hobby and this has been a great way to get a sense of the meta and a good source of news. It is also good quality and easy to listen to, which is rare among the other Pokémon podcasts I have tried.

Hey fellas! I watched the Pokémon TCG: Road to Worlds program you all mentioned and loved it.

I think that’s what the pod does best. It’s a nice blend of general Pokémon info, followed by meta gaming, and the chemistry amongst both of you is friendly but not an echo chamber. Each one of you has an opinion of your own.

I’ve become more knowledgeable by listening and I now look forward to each episode Tuesday mornings.

I love your podcast and it is very helpful and keeps me up with the meta and you have helped me build a deck, I call it solar powered javelin and I am also building a deck using the scarlet and violet base set’s blissey and amouruge.
