This is a fantastic podcast for the retail investor who wants to be more informed about the markets. Each episode I’ve listened to so far has provided new nuggets for me to consider in my investing journey. She puts the topic of the podcast into perspective for you each week and gives you the context you need. Hearing a UK perspective is so refreshing! Merryn is a gem!

Merryn is and always has been a courageous journalist. She goes to the edge of acceptable reason and peers over asking clear questions. Money week and the FT are poorer for losing her. I am delighted to see this new podcast abd will promote it to staff and clients alike. Sadly much of her writings will be behind a paywall and thus less accessible to the public, at a time when her insights are most needed. I met her recently at a Money Week conference in London and she was brilliant to listen to and ran the show with ease. Bravo. S

It’s one of the two best Bloomberg podcasts. Yes, that’s a high compliment because I personally rank this right up there with Bloomberg’s outstanding flagship “Surveillance” show/podcast. Yes, I like MTM better than Odd Lots.
