I have been using Meditation Oasis since 2013 when a therapist recommended the “Simply Being” for anxiety. I’ve been using all of these meditations since for the last ten years!
Marys calming voice has gotten me through breakups, grief from a loved one passing, the pandemic, grad school, new career stress, and even panic attack feelings on airplanes, and guided me through many moments of existential worry.
My top recommendations are the Deep Rest - especially for falling asleep in hotel rooms away from home, Wee Hours Rescue, SimplyBeing, Relief from Stress and Pressure (work panic), Break for Work or Study (between projects) Deep Centering and Going Deep Within for big moments of indecision.

I’ve always had trouble getting to sleep. For years I took various sleep meds in order to fall asleep- until I found the sleep meditations that Meditation Oasis offered. In the 10 or so years since I found these fabulous meditations I have only heard the ending 3-4 times. Now, as soon as I hear Mary’s voice, I am out. When I wake up I feel truly rested and refreshed. It’s a miracle. I don’t use them every night only occasionally as needed.

These meditations have been so helpful, especially for coping with grief, chronic pain, and ptsd recovery. They were accessible when I was new to meditation, and they are still useful after a few years of regular practice and cycling through the episodes. Many thanks to the podcast creators!

I’m certain that I found Meditation Oasis over a decade ago while I was in College and had trouble sleeping. To this day, Relax Into Sleep echoes in my head when I need to fall asleep even if I have no access to the recording. Slowly, I’ve made my way through some of the meditations and I’m never tired of re-listening. I don’t need new episodes but I do hope what is here will stay forever. Truly my most appreciated guided meditations. Accessing Intuition, Nature Attunement, Resting in The Source, and Relax into Sleep, are some of my favorites. I’ve looked for other meditation podcasts and have never found one so effective. Mary’s voice is just powerful without sounding forced “meditationey” and the musics arrangements are simply delightful. Love that some were recorded live, what a beauty to share that space asynchronously with so many people
