I only wish there was more of these to listen to! Dr. Crowns is very informative, very clearly knows his stuff inside and out (coming from a health care professional), and I don’t think I’ve ever heard a voice more catered to doing ‘podcasts about the morgue’ in my entire life. Keep ‘em coming!!!

This what I want in a podcast. Great stories, great story telling, great production. My only complaint is I wish the episodes were longer! I could listen to this podcast all day while I’m working.

i can't remember the last time i was this excited about the weekly drop from a podcast. i am genuinely enjoying each episode - and to support dr. crowns sentiment: i AM learning, and i AM entertained. i appreciate the cut-to-the-chase experiences he shares, and the perfect balance of dry humor woven throughout. i am truly fascinated.

Excellent descriptions and explanations, dry delivery, good cases, and piques my curiosity for sure.
HOWEVER, gotta say that the Bully episode made me very skeptical. A facility like the one described would have a standard AED, not the kind found on ambulances. It doesn’t make sense that someone could use an AED in the way the story suggests. Community AEDs detect a shockable rhythm before delivering a shock - and they have to be applied with sticky pads to bare skin.
I’m not saying that this didn’t happen, but the explanation is unsatisfactory, and I couldn’t find a way to question the good doctor.
