This podcast is full of insight, personable testimonies, practical answers to everyday leadership questions, and some good humor. I love listening each week and gain so much from tuning in. This is a great resource for anyone in any stage of life. As a mom of two small kids I find a lot of tips to navigate the craziness of life and grow. Highly recommend!

Some of my favorite moments in a week are when I get to tune in and listen to Pastor Rich’s podcasts. His charisma, love for people and love for God’s word are so refreshing and a gift to the kingdom!! I have loved getting to hear an inside look into the lives of people who have served God so faithfully. Hearing someone’s testimony increases my faith so much. This podcast brings a variety of leaders who are serving God’s call on their life. I love to hear what the Lord is doing when people are obedient to the call, living a life surrendering to the Lord and excited to share what God has done. If you are interested in honest conversations that speak to a mighty God who cares deeply for those who listen and revere him this podcast is for you. “Don’t just grow old, grow up” is an incredible message that Pastor Rich speaks about in each episode. Sometimes those with the most wisdom are not always the oldest ones in the room. Lastly, when guests share an area where they are trying to grow in, it helps followers like me be encouraged to do the same.

I absolutely love this podcast. It makes me laugh, has Godly wisdom and insight, and is relaxing and comforting to listen to. The episode about not having to suffer in silence was especially encouraging and the Lyle Phillips one was a crazy good testimony. Highly recommend!

I love this podcast by Pastor Rich. He and Dakota bring such wisdom and insight into any stage of life and have both grown my relationship with the Lord. They discuss about things that many men and women are facing in today’s age. I love their humor with each guest but also how real they are with their interviews. It’s a blessing to be led by such great God-fearing men!!
