I feel so fortunate to have found Chris M. I’ve already taken several “low hanging fruit” steps to improve my health through his Nutritional Cheat Sheet, even though I’ve been following other health experts for several years. I appreciate how he always teaches how and what to eat first, and then gives info on supplements. He’s very objective and doesn’t seem tied to any one approach or fad which is especially refreshing currently because most experts seem to be pushing so hard on keto, which just isn’t for me. Highly recommend his Cheat Sheet - it’s very inexpensive especially given its value. Thanks Dr. Masterjohn!!!

I've been listening to Chris' Mastering Nutrition, and Masterjohn Lite for years. I've learned so much that I've been able to apply to myself. For example, using a Histamine Blocker to stop headaches has been a godsend for me; and the podcast about collagen, glycine and methylation helped me get my homocystine levels down. I highly recommend Chris' podcasts for everyone who cares about their health.

Besides doling out $100K for an advanced degree, I know of few other ways to get such quality nutrition education resources. This podcast, and Masterjohn's related resources, provide that education. After getting my master's degree in nutrition, I use Chris Masterjohn's material to keep me up to date with the latest clinical research. I even used his mastering nutrition courses to study for the exam to become a registered dietitian - and his material is even better. Take charge of your health, take charge of your knowldege, and make it engaging and interesting by following Dr. Masterjohn's comprehensive and valuable work! Six stars!

Chris’s podcast has historically been one of my absolute favorites. In its initial phases, it has been, in my estimation, the single best nutrition podcast on iTunes, bar none. Now, however still good, it has been diluted for the masses such that it’s lost a good deal of its depth and, therefore, at least for the research scientist in me, much of my attention. I am not a fan of the shortened, abbreviated “just what works” episodes; at least not without some of his old long-form stuff I find intellectually stimulating. But, that said, it’d still be one of the first nutrition podcasts I would share with my family, friends, and colleagues.
