I never thought I’d have learned about the Predictive Coding theory explanation of autism from a fitness podcast! It goes to show how awesome this show is! A diverse range of guests that have great knowledge and experience, and they don’t need to necessarily have advanced scientific degrees or papers either. I highly recommend it if you’re interested in overall health and wellness, this pod is definitely not just about weight training and bodybuilding
