I had high hopes for this podcast as I’m a fan of the work and food of Jose Andres. I was not disappointed. The first episode was great. Loved the chef conversation with Eric Ripert, the recipe interlude and the viewer questions. Really great stuff here. Can’t wait to hear more.

Chef Jose Andres is a charming personality. He's a thought leader on food and cooking and he's funny and relatable. I really enjoy listening - the interview segment is a highlight, but I'm also looking forward to cooking along with him!
