As my daughter returned to school for the first time since the pandemic started she struggled with understanding her emotions and feeling safe when she was away from us.

Noah creates beautiful visuals to help kids (and adults) understand and make space for all of our feelings.

My son and I listen the podcast in the car as a way to to start the school day. My son really likes it because it is intuitive and the songs are great. The techniques he uses are excellent and help my son calm down sometimes (and getting better!). Thank you Noah! 😄👍🏻💕✨

My child is very easily scared, and can barely stay in her own bed! But Noah helps her stay in her bed, we are still working up to staying there the entire night, but it’s working so far! With this podcast, from counting stars, to blowing hot chocolate, Noah has all of it! There is even an episode about fear! Take that, Worry! We found it from using our Yoto and my kids ask for it every night. More than any other thing we play on our yoto. So much so it lead me here to seek out more episodes. My kids are 5 & 8 and I enjoy listening along with them.
