I love Aura, been listening to the coaches for almost 2 years. I know my life has definitely changed and improved. This Podcast is another way to help improve my mental health. Especially the 4-step empathy framework to use for any conflict, conversation, or relationship. Thank you to Aura’s new Podcast!!
