Kyla keeps me up to date on econ news while also being a whole person. Her ability to contextualize the economy is so needed - especially for finance people. But most everyone can understand and learn here if you listen consistently (this is why I often recommend it to people in their teens and 20s). The multiple intelligences she speaks from, and her dedication to service, will make her a national treasure in time. Hope the MacArthur foundation has noticed what’s happening here.

This young woman makes everything understandable. I wish ALL young people would subscribe so they could better understand the world they inherit. I was lucky enough to fall into a career managing people’s assets. It takes regular study. Kyla Scanlon makes it both understandable and interesting. Extra credit because she started at Capital a group, my all-time favorite mutual fund managers.

I like listening but I have slow down the speed because she talks WAYYY TOO FAST! I wish she would slow down her speech so I can understand her instead of rewinding multiple times… otherwise great context for what’s going on in the economy!
