Seriously the best source I have found for evidence-based nutrition. Whenever I feel myself slacking I go back and listen to episode 1 to get me back on track with the basics. I have recommended to many of my friends who are struggling with dieting. It’s not meant to be race, it’s a lifestyle change. I love the suggestions not to wipe your whole day if you “fail”, just start with the next meal!

I was looking for a good podcast on health and nutrition and I felt they were all so commercial. This podcast feels so genuine. The tips that she gives are realistic for those of us with busy lives. She really gets to the core of bad habits and weight loss. Not just the work that needs to be done physically, but the internal work that needs to be done in the mind. I’ve really taken in all her advice and I really feel like I am in a different place because of this podcast! Thank you Leanne Ward!
