Nikki does such a fabulous job in keeping true to the doctrine and using a lense of faith while teaching about mental health. I’d love to have Nikki as a neighbor to discuss these topic with. Great podcast. Will absolutely recommend!

Niki’s podcast has given light to some of the darkest subjects. She relates, and makes you think of an eternal perspective!

I appreciated learning to navigate my mental health with a spiritual perspective. There have been a few of her podcasts I’ve had on repeat. Keep them coming, please.

Niki’s podcast is just what I need in my life.. I feel overwhelmed with everything and have a hard time feeling the Spirit. Her podcasts have helped me to slow down and think of what’s important.

This may be fine for a neurotypical person. But if you truly have a mental health disorder such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD etc then Nikki may not be as much help. I haven’t been able to find an episode where she talks about the real challenges of living with these conditions and being able to navigate feeling the spirit, receiving revelation , or applying the atonement to help you with mental health struggles. So if you’re healthy but have “anxiety” then maybe she can help no more than any other talk but for actual mental health not so much. If I stumble across something else if hers to stand corrected then I’ll change my review.
