This podcast has been so amazing to set me up for an ideal day. Francesca”s personality is absolutely magnetic and it shines through every episode. Her awesome sense of humor keeps it light while educating and enlightening me. I’ll be in the middle of a wild epiphany from something she said, and then I’ll break out laughing from something else she said. 10/10 reccomend!
