I just stumbled across you today on TT and there I learned of this podcast. I just watched episode 1 and will binge listen to the remainder. Mom of two kids, MiMi of 4 and married to my BFF for 40 years. Estranged (this time) from my 38 year old daughter and 2 year old granddaughter since a few days prior to Christmas. This has been on again off again for the last 6 years, this time is different because I’m no longer willing to sacrifice my happiness and the happiness of the rest of our family for a drama filled roller coaster ride. I’m simply exhausted and spent. Thanks sooooo very much for validating some of what I am feeling within your own stories. I love both of your attitudes and thought process. Thank you again.
