Kindred Spirits Book Club - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I only just discovered this podcast earlier in the fall - happily coinciding with my annual re-read of Anne’s House of Dreams - and I’m delighted! I love their discussions about the themes of each books, Ragon and Kelly are so knowledgeable about the Anne series and L. M. Montgomery, and each episode feels like a cozy conversation with friends. I’m having a blast going through the backlist of episodes and can’t wait for new ones. Highly recommend!

If you are a fan of Anne of Green Gables or any of Lucy Montgomery’s work, I would highly recommend checking out this podcast! As someone who loves Anne but felt like I didn’t have anyone else to talk about it with, this podcast made me really feel like I was in a book club and able to share my experiences

I found this podcast earlier this summer when I was hoping to listen to something about Anne or Avonlea. The hosts, Ragon and Kelly, reread a book by L.M. Montgomery and then discuss it on the show. I love hearing insights and perspectives from both of them and I am impressed by the research they have done to dig deeper into the text. Other topics they have explored include Anne anime and the Kevin Sullivan miniseries. I look forward to hearing their discussion on the next book. I recommend (and have recommended!) their podcast to other kindred spirits.

LM Montgomery’s works have long been a salve and cordial to my soul, and are once again enlightening my life through my postpartum days.
