Michael Biehn has always been my favorite actor, not just for the roles he’s played, but for the energy and depth he brought to each one. What he delivered on screen (a strong, masculine presence grounded in sensitivity and humility), he brings just as powerfully to his podcast.
Even as he navigates the aftereffects of a stroke, which occasionally slows his recall of names or words, Biehn speaks with remarkable honesty and vulnerability. In fact, sometimes he's too honest, but that’s exactly what makes this podcast so refreshing. There’s no filter, and very little ego. There’s just a man who’s lived a really cool life and isn’t afraid to reflect on it, warts and all.
His deep affection for his close friend Jim and his son Caelan shines through in every episode, adding a layer of warmth and humanity that makes you feel like you're sitting at the table with old friends. It’s clear now why I connected with his performances all these years. Biehn is the real deal. He’s a grounded, thoughtful, no-nonsense guy who owns both his faults and strengths with equal grace.
This podcast is more than just amazing stories from a Hollywood veteran. It’s a window into the heart of someone who has always given his all on screen and appreciates the opportunities his life in Hollywood has afforded him. If you're a fan of his work, or just a fan of real, honest conversation, you’ll find a lot to love here.

I stumbled across this a couple of weeks ago and while I’ve been a long time fan of Biehn’s I didn’t expect to enjoy this so much. Biehn comes across as an unaffected working actor with a clear eyed view of the world and the entertainment industry. This isn’t a sleazy gossip podcast but he’s pretty straightforward with his accounts and names names. I look forward to going through the earlier episodes and look forward to the new ones.

Michael was in some of my favorite films growing up so I always followed his career and would tune in when I saw his name. The pod really shines when he gets to talk to other actors, especially actors who work for a living, and trade stories. He has good instincts as an artist and his admiration for his peers is very obvious. The non-interview episodes are fun as you get to hear two old friends chatting about their favorite subject and it’s obvious Michael loves working on this project with his son. It’s one of my favorite listens while driving and I look forward to seeing what Michael does next.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Biehn and his wife at comic-con and he was an absolute delight. Such a stand up dude. He took a lot of time with each guest he signed autographs for and was full of stories... and this podcast recommendation! I've already gone through six episodes and I just found out about it from him. Hands down the best and most personal celebrity encounter I've had, and the same thing comes through in this excellent podcast. Can't wait to listen to more!
