Love you Joyce, have been watching you with my mom since I was in high school. But please, PLEASE do not discourage people from seeking therapy if they need it. It is a miracle that you were able to recover from childhood sexual abuse without help from a therapist, but that is not the case for all of us. As a fellow survivor of sexual trauma from my father, EMDR therapy and somatic work (with the help of a truly anointed therapist who specialized in sexual trauma) absolutely saved my life years ago. God works in many ways and sometimes that INCLUDES the guidance of a caring and skilled therapist.

I started to watch and listen to Joyce’s recordings when my kids were little. She helped me through so many twists and turns, including a divorce.
