Joseph has helped me immeasurably. I love that he points out the simple instructions laying right there on the surface of the Dharma (which can sometimes seem pretty elaborate and esoteric). His straightforward guidance has pulled me back from getting lost in the weeds many times. Indispensable.

I'm a Christian who also appreciates Buddhist teachings. I absolutely love Joseph's podcasts. So in-depth, grounded, and lacking any ego. He is a truly remarkable being and I can never thank him enough for the wisdom and comfort he provides. To understand the workings of the human mind enables one to begin to transcend it, and is a benefit to anyone of any faith. That is one of the gifts of these teachings. ❤️

This podcast is an insightful depiction of Buddhism and its core beliefs.
My only critique would be that the same speeches seem to be reused quite often. While the reminders are always pleasant I also find myself searching to hear something new.

Joseph presents the Buddha’s teachings with such clarity and a warm charming self/ no self way. I am eternally grateful to have found him. I listen to him frequently. I hope to be in his presence at least once in my lifetime.
