I get a lot of stress from all the sports and volunteering at my school but when I started listening to this podcast, I went from not being able to fall asleep for two hours, to being able to falling asleep in less than 20 minutes. Great podcast and would recommend from anyone who’s dealing with stress, anxiety, or it takes just forever to fall asleep.

I play this at .75 speed. His calming voice slowed down…every time I put on an episode I think…there’s no way I’ll be able to fall asleep before this is over. I have been wrong 100% of the time. 10/10

Literally is so good for helping me sleep! There’s a rather annoying but understandable ad break at the beginning, but it is easy to skip over and the rest of the podcast is just perfect! I really enjoy learning these random facts as I drift off to sleep! Thank you so much for this idea!

The topics are great; just fascinating enough to capture my brain’s focus, but not so enthralling as to keep me awake. The voice is good. Not great, but good.
The high volume, high pitch, spritely ads just ruin the show. I’m fine with ads. Heck, I’d buy ads spoken by the main dude, but not the outsourced ads on the show.
