I’m so glad I found your podcast. This was everything that I needed in life. I’m a healthcare worker too and no one understands what I go through daily or just how much it can be chaotic and draining. I’m a Gerontologist and now work in hospice (which is also crazy and sad most days). I quit long term healthcare in 2022 and will never return! Thank you for getting healthcare workers true experiences and traumas into the public! Listening to every episode is literally my therapy and saves me every week!

I love this podcast and how Nurse Johnn advocates for self-care and mental health. I’m currently on LOA from my bedside nursing job and hearing the stories and tea helps me to feel that I’m not alone. I do love being a nurse and I feel blessed that I get to help others in their time of need. Nurse Johnn is so funny and it reminds me to laugh and never forget to be the silly girl I am, but to also be serious when it comes to taking care of me. We go through so many traumatic things as nurses, it’s easy to try and push our feelings aside and ignore it - but it’s better for us to actually deal with it and process it all. Or we will end up forgetting why we started this journey in the first place. Thanks Johnn!!

As a nursing student , I am so happy to have stumbled across Nurse John. Although some will say this will scare me before even hitting the floor as a nurse , it doesn’t. Nurse John gives me hope that even though things will get messy or dramatic, I am not alone and I will get through it. I only just recently heard of you and ended up watching a lot of you skits as well. I didn’t even know you had one but now listening to your podcast! I appreciate that you have also acknowledged veterinary workers on your show. Being one myself, it’s nice to be seen. Keep on being yourself and don’t bend to the haters!
