I start each and every day with at least one of these meditation podcast episodes. I love how scripture is deeply embedded into the meditations. It has literally changed my life and has helped me to manage anxiety and stress. I am grateful for Erin allowing God to use her in this way.

I found this podcasts when looking for spiritual guided meditations. This has been amazing. The affirmations are mind changing and really help with battling negative self talk. I also love it because of the scriptures that align with each affirmation and episode. This find was very intentional and put in my path by my Heavenly Father. Bless you and thank you.

My God! My God! Being a full time mommy and student caused me to skip my nightly skincare routine and bible study. While putting my LO to bed the Holy Spirit informed me that I should try to combined to two and look up “nightly quick sermons”. I was led right to the podcast app and I typed in bible meditation. I saw this podcast and I knew right away this was the answer. Listening and repeating these affirmation while practicing self-care is truly a Godly experiencing. The Holy Spirit is all around me, I have to open my bible and dive into God’s presence more!

I never even knew something like this existed but now that I know this type of podcast does exist it is now a staple after Listening to one episode. After hearing so many people talk about affirmations and manifesting. I’m so grateful that a woman of God is using these tools the right way ❤️
