This hypnosis podcast has been a complete game-changer for my sleep! The host's voice is incredibly soothing and truly hypnotizing. Before discovering this podcast, I struggled to fall asleep, especially while using a CPAP mask. Now, sleep comes easily. Most nights, I listen to several episodes of Kimberly O’Connor back-to-back using the Queue feature. It’s like a playlist and only those episodes in the queue play. Her voice is exceptionally relaxing. If you're looking for a gentle and effective way to achieve deep, restorative sleep, I highly recommend this podcast!

I’ve used various episodes to fall asleep over the past week. She has a lovely, soothing voice, and I appreciate that she includes thoughtful reminders to set alarms and disable auto-play. I can’t speak to the content yet, as I’ve been able to get to sleep before the ‘hypnosis’ portion kicks into gear. A good sign! This is the third sleep hypnosis podcast I’ve tried this year. I’ll revise my review in the future if necessary, but for now this is the sleep podcast for me.

i have a terrible time getting to sleep, and im also really picky on podcast voices. this podcast is actually so comforting (ik that sounds weird to say but it really is lol). i like her reminders in the beginning, and i like the consistency of the intro on all of her episodes. for a while (and no hate at all!!!) there was a microphone that really amplified saliva/mouth noises but now i think it’s switched back and that really makes a positive difference. anyway, give it a shot—it’s worth trying!
