In an effort to move away from the many things on the internet that don’t feed my spirit, I binged all of the episodes of Human(ing) Well. Amber packs a lot to consider into each episode and I appreciate that I can easily listen in the time she allotted (although I found myself pausing a lot to take notes to refer back to, which is a good thing). I look forward to future episodes and will share with others so they can get some of this goodness, too.
