House of Maher - Podcast Rankings and reviews

Loved listening to the Maher sisters banter and talk about their childhood! Also loved them say “sexual debut instead of lose my virginity!” They are so relatable, I caught myself laughing a lot and I’m currently trying to figure out how to be real life friends with them! Great podcast, excited for the next episode.

I was recommended to listen by one of my students based on our common love of That’s The Point, another easy-listen yap pod. Started House of Maher at the beginning and have listened to an episode a day! Fun, comforting, relatable and also entertainingly unrelatable at the same time! Love listening to the stories and lives of women my age that are doing great things.

I love Ilona- been following her since Tokyo and think she is endlessly interesting and inspiring. Love her bond with her sisters as well and was excited for this podcast- but I was surprised to find that this podcast is missing the mark. I think they need some more coaching from their producers on speaking more slowly/enunciating clearly, not talking over each other, not assuming everyone is watching on YouTube, better topics and pacing of topics, etc. As with all podcasts, they will get better over time I’m sure and find their groove. But I might pause listening for a few months….

It’s so wonderful to see sisters so supportive of each other and other women. They are strong, funny, intelligent and I love to hear their stories. My only complaint is that I can’t always tell who is talking! Thanks for sharing your sisterhood with us.
