I’ve been listening to Melyssa share pure gold when it comes to the many changes that happen in perimenopause and I feel grateful that I had the privilege to do so because it didn’t feel as scary when I started going through it. Cannot wait for her to share her insights and to hear her amazing guests bring more transparency to the change that all women experience but so few discuss.

It’s so refreshing to hear about women’s health from a relaxed yet educational platform. Mel is so sweet, easy to listen to, and has a true passion women all over. This is on my weekly podcast rotation for sure!

Hosting a podcast under the guise of support and authenticity, yet using it to spin a web of deceit, she discusses her use of semaglutide (Ozempic) for weight loss in a way that is nothing short of manipulative and insidious. Referring to it euphemistically as “peptides” and blatantly refusing to acknowledge that semaglutide and Ozempic are the exact same thing, she insults the intelligence of her audience. This is not just dishonest—it’s a calculated attempt to obscure the truth while posturing as a wellness advocate.

Her actions perpetuate the stigma and shame surrounding these groundbreaking medications that are transforming lives, helping individuals reclaim their health, and reversing diabetes. Rather than fostering an open and informed dialogue, she chooses to double down on dishonesty, actively harming those who might look to her for guidance. This isn’t just poor judgment—this is a person who fundamentally lacks integrity. No amount of therapy or self-reflection can compensate for the damage caused by such willful deception. She is a fraud, plain and simple, and supporting her is an endorsement of dishonesty and harm.
