My name is Kayli (Kaylee) and I am 15 years old. I have never really been a podcast person so I wanted to start and so I decided to try out yours! I listened to the 2nd most recent episode: How to stop being your worst enemy and I loved it!
I have been struggling with depression for the past 3 years and this episode really helped me realize certain things!

Hello Brianna I am a twelve year old and your podcast has taught me to channel my anger somewhere else instead of trying to deal with revenge. i just want to thank you for everything you’re doing this podcast means so much to me and has helped me out so much you wouldn’t even believe. you’re such an inspiring person and listening to you reminds me not only to strive for my own goals and dream life, but also just to try to have just as wonderful, grateful, and positive outlook on life that you do! i’m a young preprofessional ballet dancer and have struggled with my body image, habits, confidence, and self doubt in general. i’m on a journey now to loving myself even more, because i truly do love what i do and my life, and you’ve helped me so much in remembering that and to treat myself with love and care. i know that your advice and genuineness haven’t only helped me but so many others so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much!!!
