I absolutely love the way that Kim connects what is going on in our bodies to what is happening in the Spirit! These podcasts feel like beautiful conversations with a beloved friend who also happens to be really smart! Can’t recommend enough!

I am a person who was never really interested in podcasts before but about a month ago I had prayed for God to bring a Christian based podcast into my life that resonates with me. A few days later I was scrolling through TikTok and came across a video that listed symptoms of PMDD and said if this sounds like you plus if you love Jesus this podcast is for you. I didn’t come to the podcast right away but it kept popping up in my head that I needed to listen to it. When I did tune in and listen I had goosebumps. God has literally used this podcast to speak to me through another sister in Christ. I am so thankful that he led me to Holy & Hormonal Podcast.

I’m on my first episode and have to keep pausing to take cry breaks. I have been looking for a podcast like this!Thank you a million times.

This podcast is everything. I wish I had had someone like Kim in my life to look up to as a teenager. I’m 35 & I look up to her even though she’s younger than me! It took me a long time to mentally be where she is now. She has so much wisdom and encouragement for us through this podcast. I absolutely love it and will continue to listen/share with my friends. 💕
