Love the content but would prefer one longer episode instead of a bunch of shorter ones. Also way too many ads. The podcast itself is really good.

What I appreciate about this podcast is publishing full trial days and editing out the inessential parts. And some of the experts that come on have an interesting perspective.
The episodes I can’t listen to are the ones with pontificating by the host and his co-host. I wish they just reported the facts and didn’t editorialize so much. Also, have some compassion. Negative reporting on a lawyer just trying do his job is unnecessary.

I love listening because the conversations can be greatly educational, but 10, 6, 8 minutes? I’ve seen a little bit longer episodes of late, but I thrive on in-depth lengths of 30, 45, 58 minute episodes. I’m not the only one saying these episodes need to be longer.
Plus, I subscribed to have the ad-free experience, and at first it was working, today it didn’t.
There’s so much potential for a great podcast! Tony B., get on it please!!

For an 8 minute podcast episode half of it is ads. The actual true crime content is good though

This podcast has way too many ads and not enough actual content. Would be way better if the episodes were longer and the ads were cut WAY DOWN! Majority of the reviews on this podcast are bad and 80% of them complain about the overload of ads. Hopefully this host will take these reviews into consideration so this podcast can grow. Until then I’m unfollowing.

I used to love this show and suggest it to everyone when it was “4 killed for what?”. The host is great and I love his dedication to this case and reporting all info. I also love that he posts multiple episodes per day to update any new details or breaking news, he’s very thorough and I was addicted to this podcast. THEN it suddenly changed to “Hidden Killers” and episodes are very random talking about the Murdaugh & Vallow cases as well. I also follow the Murdaugh case religiously, so I like hearing his reports on that also, BUT I would prefer to have separate podcasts dedicated to each case. I also have just been highly annoyed lately with the show and the amount of episodes posted every day with an overwhelming amount of repeated ads! It’s like he’s fishing for any topic to create an “episode” although it’s really just a few minute clip of random information to talk about, then repeated ads played over and over. The ads go on longer than than the actual “episode” was. And it’s a highly annoying ad that repeats on every single episode over and over again with a highly annoying jingle or whatever you want to call it. “Cha cha cha cha chumba!” I will never in my life play Chumba Casino and despise it now at the amount of times I’ve had to hear this in my head. It did the opposite of making me ever want to play it. It actually angers me hearing it and I had to unfollow the show and will not listen anymore. I’m only giving 2 stars because this did used to be a GREAT podcast, but now it doesn’t even deserve one star at what it has become. I get it, he’s trying to make money from the ads, but he had something really great and ruined it. You could’ve got better ads and kept followers if you kept things the way they were.
