It’s so wonderful to find a podcast that really is like-minded to the way that you think. Knowledge is powerful and I’ve learned a lot from watching Mia over the years. My health took such a great turn after following all of her tips and tricks and advice. They are doing such wonderful work and I am so proud of people like them in the medical field, stepping out of the norm. it’s a tough position to be in, but bravery will be rewarded and that seeing America get healthy and I feel that that’s the message They are portraying.

This is the best podcast to watch in the car on your work commute, on a walk, or making dinner. Dr. Scott has helped me transform my life and this podcast gives so many tools to live a healthy holistic life.
