I enjoy hearing some of the behind the scenes stuff and a little deeper dive. My only suggestion is to stay on task with questions. There’s a tendency to ask multi part questions but the guest never gets to answering all the parts. As a listener, I’m excited to hear all the parts but then they don’t get delivered. Besides that, I like the thoughtful questions with the focus on personal evolution.
