Gurdjieff and the Fourth Way

by Martfotai

Gurdjieff and the Fourth Way, tested and extended in practice by Martfotai, drawing on P. D. Ouspensky, Maurice Nicoll and A. R. Orage, with later developments including Russell A. Smith. The Work is a practical system for developing consciousness, tested through direct experience rather than studied as history or philosophy. Episodes explore self-observation, self-remembering, identification, negative emotion, centres, essence and personality, the Laws of Three and Seven, and the diatonic octave based Enneagram, with practices for ordinary life.
