Dr. Jonathan really knows what he's talking about! The exercises he shared to help with knee pain had a tremendous effect on me. I'm so grateful. Highly encourage others to listen!

The content is fine. Mostly the basics but good for beginners and middlers based in science and not quacky. I like his product recommendations and that the content is all meat and no fluff in short, easy to listen to bites. Sometimes you like to hear the banter, but sometimes you want them to get right to the point. Fit guy gets to the point.

Catching up on old episodes, found it through a climbing friend. Has really helpful tips for staying fit and excelling. Would like to see more episodes concentrate on outdoor activities/ exercices.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for years, since Ben Greenfield was hosting, and while I’ve gotten something out of all the hosts, Dr. Jonathan Soo is the best. He gets right to the point and gives good advice about exercising.

Kevin is the host that got me into this podcast. His episodes were unique, speckled with personal experience, and with a deep connection to humanity, critical thought, and philosophy. The “Best of” episodes airing now are, with all due respect, dull and painfully basic, delivered with the character of a child reading from flash cards; they are too-simple snippets of advice that ask nothing of the audience and are the equivalent of fast fashion for the ears: trendy and easily found anywhere, but quickly disposable. The comments claiming Kevin is arrogant or that he “makes them feel stupid”: this is you casting yourselves as a personal target of neutral messaging — it’s not arrogance, and you’re not stupid (give yourselves some credit). I understand that the managers of the “quick and dirty tips” series may actually desire that the podcasts be light on the cognitive demands of their audience, so I will simply take my leave and wish them well.
