GD POLITICS - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I was waiting impatiently for new 538 episodes to drop for over a month and when i finally looked into it i realized why they hadnt. I was immediately distraught that i would have no data backed humorous guide through these unprecedented times… but only for about 5 seconds when i found out about GD Politics. The team is back and funnier than ever now they dont have daddy abc censoring them. Never became a paid subscriber to anything faster

Galen is a brilliant mind and an incredibly gifted podcast host. As a longtime listener, I was really disappointed that the 538 podcast was canceled, but so happy to find GD here and relieved we’ll still be able to hear his voice…

Galen and crew provide refreshingly smart takes on politics and the world around us. Just because ABC didn’t appreciate their potential, doesn’t mean it isn’t there. I look forward to following this new podcast and encourage others to do the same.

I was so sad when 538 was ended, but so so thankful to Galen for continuing to podcast! I’ve learned so much and always feel so informed and up to date. Thank you Galen for all that you do!

Changing my rating due to paid requirement. Putting one pod behind a paywall and one free is a bad move and quite frankly, this podcast is solid but I don’t pay for just podcasts and barely any other content. Frustrating. —- Great start to the podcast. Having Nate Silver as the first guest just makes sense. The conversation was top notch. Galen is an excellent host and I was happy to have the familiar voice back in my feed. First episode it makes sense to lean on what you know, but I look forward to format adjusting and adapting to modern podcast formatting. Even the ad read felt like a bit like 2019. Podcasting has changed a bit since the pandemic and I look forward to the growth of GD Politics!
