I’ve listened to this pod for years and it amazes me how much incredible information they provide in a free podcast. I took all I’ve ever learned from them and did my first ever marathon training (I’ve been running for 20+ years!) and I could not believe what a difference my nutrition and hydration made in this training. I would run 20 miles and then be out and about my day in the dead heat of summer hours later. Putting in the work to carb load, hydrate and eat during and after was a game changer. Thank you for all the knowledge you share. It’s made a difference to so many of us.

I recently stumbled upon this podcast and Binged all of the episodes in just a few weeks. This is exactly what I needed as I get back into running after a 6 or 7 year hiatus after having kids and dealing with a hip issue. The three hosts are funny, entertaining, and most importantly very educational. I have learned and laughed so much while listening and now that I’ve got through the whole playlist I’m sad that I have to wait for every new episode. Keep up the good work!

I recently learned about Believe in the Run after hearing them mentioned on the Ali on the Run show, and that led me to this podcast. I’ve been dying for more content on running and nutrition, and this podcast is everything I’ve been looking for and more. I love how it’s not only informative, but also approachable and just generally fun to listen to. I wish I had found it sooner, but at least now I have plenty of old content to listen to!
