I highly recommend Framing New Heights podcast! They tackle so many issues with positive steps to improving our own lives; whether it be about exercise, motivation, work, home, family or even interaction with strangers. They are skilled at giving guidance for making every situation it’s best.
I personally have been fortunate to have been able to get direct coaching from Tony and can not say enough about how it helped me through some very rough spots in my career.
I think the best way to describe my experience with Coach Tone is this: I will always be grateful with Tony’s ability to give me all the tools improve my mindset and therefore my situation, without ever telling me what to do or how to think.
