Helpful for those who are or have had to deconstruct from the harmful effects religion. Monte and her guests provide information for those who wish to challenge themselves and learn to expose the reasons why religion has morphed into the political system we see today. I love the history lessons from qualified guests.

I found Monte on Instagram initially and have been loving her content. Was stoked to see (or hear) that she started a podcast and is able to deliver a long form version of her intelligent, articulate, inspiring and impassioned take on current events and offers a historical context I often didn’t realize. A realist offering hope and a call to action.

If you can only do one thing to try and educate yourself to what is happening in our world right now, this is the at one thing. She is utterly brilliant, raw, well-spoken, well-informed, the list goes on and on and on and on. Please do yourself a favor and subscribe and listen to every last one.

Growing up in the faith and turning away from the church as an adult bc of many of the same reasons as Monte, I love hearing her break down the rhetoric and use the Bible against those who hide behind it to push their nationalist agendas
