Mr. Aitchison has worked his magic by presenting complex cases in the Labor relations field to the listener in a comprehensive manner with my favorite part , ""what does that mean?" and then he goes on to deconstruct for the listener step by step so one gets it! Thank you again!

First Thursday gives anyone who deals with either employees or management a wealth of information. Yet Mr. Aitchison does it in an entertaining way, he tells the back story and what goes on behind the scenes. Plus he is impartial; you really can't tell where he stands on any particular issue; he gives the arguments of both sides and lets the judge or arbitrator speak for himself.

The information we get from this podcast is vital. I recommend it to my co workers and am also trying to add links to LRIS on our Union pages to try to get more members aware and involved.

Listened LRIS for YEARS! Educational, informative, amazing content. Will’s replacement, Rick is not it. Get back to the format Will had for years. Please stop interviewing people and get back to discuss cases and rules that are relevant to Labor Relations on the state level and the national level. With so much going on right now with attacks on Unions and bargaining rights, TALK about whats going on.
