Feminist Wellness is an incredibly wonderful resource for anyone looking to learn about emotional outsourcing (read: perfectionism, codependency.. etc) and it was so accessible and organized that I was able to apply so many concepts and tools to my own life.

I love this podcast. Vic speaks so kindly and it allows my inner critic to calm down and start to process the information being shared. I also really appreciate how once we learn the science around dysfunction , she guides us straight into addressing the issues so we aren’t left hanging with the feeling of dread of “oh gosh, one more thing that’s wrong with me” like so many other podcasts. Thank you so so much. I share your episodes so often with friends and family and many others who probably wouldn’t consider themselves a feminist but the resources she shares apply to all humans🙌🏾
